I think an armageddon style collapse is unlikely in the extreme. Building a self-sufficient lifestyle and being able to provide for yourself and others is the best tactic for any scenario, no matter how extended a time frame. The more valuable you are to yourself, the more valuable you...
Dittos on the P238 in a DeSantis Nemesis. Very small but still very shootable for me. Looks and feels a lot like a mini version of my 1911, with the same manual of arms.
The only real drawback I see is with it being SA. Have to carry it condition 1 in your pocket, cocked and locked. Make damn...
Indy Arms at 55th and Keystone (actually on Tacoma, a little east of that intersection on 55th) has a lunch special - $10/hour in the middle of the day. Nice place.

We spoke for a while about his new range and some of his plans for the future. He's pondering on establishing an outdoor range nearby with 1,000 yd...
That turned out to be a mistake for me. She picked out a ultralite J frame 38 +P.
Me: You remember how you said the 9 had too much recoil (G19)?
Her: Yes, but this feels better.
Me: This will be snappier.
Her: I can hold this one better.
Me: OK, Yakky, but you oughta shoot one first.
Her: It'll...
Just left CM's place after he applied some of his lovin' (to the 1911, you pervs). Almost a different pistol now. The slide and trigger are smooth as silk as compared to before.
BIG thanks dude. Nice to meet you and get to talk about stuff.
I saw the same video not long ago. He had a whole series of videos leading up to this one. Almost made me go for a M&P Bodyguard. If I remember right his conclusion was that the Federal HS round was best. It was one of the few that combined the desired 12-18" penetration and reliable expansion.
