      My wife and I both military with similar pistol experience but she is a better shot. I think she has to focus more on stance and grip combined with more patience equals more bulls eyes.

      If I am in the area of a Gander Mountain I usually stop by and like you said, there are always deals depending on your needs. I have had good experience with their house brands.

      My experience is go with medium to heavy thickness quality socks and lace up boots.(layer in sock liners if it will be cold or you are walking a lot) You can try some at Gander Mountain or the new Cabelas up in Fishers to be sure vs on line. You can always find what you want in the store and...

      USPSA vs. IDPA

      Thanks Thanks for the "you tube" suggestion. A picture (video) is worth a thousand words. I do see a huge difference between states, clubs, etc. I look forward to getting some experience here in Indiana.

      I hope someone is hunting in Hancock county for coyotes. I have never heard or seen so many of them as right now. We have goats and small dogs and it will not be long before the coyotes come on to the farm.
