Just left Best Buy in Avon, the gentleman next me at the cell phone section was OC and no body was freaking out or said a word to him. It was nice to see.
Personally I always CC just to avoid any issues.

I have OC in there when buying phones, no one said anything. Nice store.

I've been in the Kokomo Best Buy OCing as well. Never had a problem, unless you consider "Is there anything I can help you with?" from half the employees a problem.
