    I ordered some .22lr this morning and must have double tapped the purchase button. I called them and explained the situation, and they canceled my double order so it all wouldn't get canceled.

    Woke up tonight and had an email saying since I purchased more than their limit allows, they canceled both orders. I called customer service for a second time and explained the situation again.

    The lady I talked to was very apologetic and got my order squared away. She was even nice enough to throw in some targets on them. All in all, a good outcome.

    I've had a similar experience with their customer service. Very easy to work with and they got me squared away when I was having some issues with an order. They may not have the best prices, but when they have their sales good deals can be had.
