I ordered a H&K MR556a1 from them. The ad showed it came with flip up sights. When it came in, no sights. Apparently H&K stopped shipping that gun with sights. It would have been easy for a shop to just tell you sorry, but that is what the bottom line is. Chad got involved and complained to the distributor (whose ad was showing) and was told, sorry but SOL. He then called H&K. He pointed out the issue and although they didn't have sights for the rifle, they did send a box of swag. I got 4 H&K metal mags, a t-shirt and sticker. So I feel he went above and beyond to make it right with me.
