I odered a few items from them @ specialforces.com a couple weeks ago.
When my shipment arrived, one of the items was damaged and one was missing.
I immediately sent them an e-mail explaining the situation and asking how they wanted me to proceed.
I got a return message within 24 hrs informing me that I could keep the damaged item
(it was really a cosmetic problem (scratch), not one of function)
and that they would be sending me another one as well as the item they forgot plus an extra at their cost.
As far as I am concerend, that is above and beyond the call of duty.
I will order from them again.
