I am going to get a time out for this.

The packaging is more for marketing than for observation of law. When I talked to Uncle Google, he said he couldn't find any legal reason that you could not possess this ammunition, local or national.

I talked to my uncle (not google but my uncle is a LEO) and he said the same thing as indyjohn no restriction he was aware of. I picked this stuff up on a trade and is more then I need.
