12 GA dummy rounds

Is there anyone in the Decatur, IN area that can make me some 2 3/4" 12 Gauge dummy rounds? I just need a fired hull with a wad and shot reloaded in them. No primer and powder. I am looking for 20. For doing reloading drills in the house. Using live ammo inside isn't a good idea. They will have the same feel and weight as live ammo without the chance of an AD or ND. Safety first.
