Is this now not the "Worst Mass Murder" in the US (statistically speaking) using the media's criteria of just numbers and the whim of reporters?

I wonder why no sensationalism from the news around the states for this one? Oh yeah, no guns involved.

Taking the side of sensationalist journalism I would have to disagree;

He knowingly and willfully placed all those people's lives in danger by driving an unregistered truck, loaded way over capacity, and committing multiple felonies by transporting illegal aliens for monetary gain. If he is one of the survivors he will be charged with murder.

It is the worst mass shooting. Funny, every mass shooting in the US has occurred in "gun-free zones." How is that even possible? You can't have guns there!
