It would no longer need the lug groove. Basically convert your barrel to a bull barrel and install a reverse recoil plug and full length guide rod.
Chances are I have everything you need in a used parts bin

It is a bit of labor, cost would be roughly 125.00

    Just a thought

Ok so I got to looking through my parts bin and found a new oversized bushing. I ground the lug off the bushing and tig welded a new lug in a higher position. After about a hour of fitting she now works great. Cycled 16 rounds no problem! If this fails I'll be headed to AllenM for a bull barrel and fl guide rod. Thanks for all your help guys!

It looks like you need a new bushing. They don't last forever. Just remember if you spend money to have a new bushing fit you'll still have a Llama. Probably be at least 100 if the slide is okay.

I agree slick repair and cost appropriate for the gun.
I imagine that no longer allows for conventional disassembly correct? Not a big deal in this case though

The disassembly is just like any other 1911, the lug is just in higher spot so the bushing has to be rotated just a tad more. The lug on the factory bushing was pretty loose in the groove and the bushing was loose in the slide which most likely caused the damage to the groove, its nice and tight with the modified bushing. Thanks again for your advice.
