    While retention systems in duty holsters have come a long way, they sure don't have the looks of the old ones. "Plain/Clarino/basketweave" just ain't the same.

    In the late 90's, I worked in a Lafayette gun shop. I had a very nice collection of old holsters. About 7 or 8 years ago, I sold them for a pretty penny. I wish I had kept them.
