Sold
I would like to sell a nice, original, Belgium Browning Sweet Sixteen. The serial number dates this shotgun to 1959, and falls within a very desirable time period for Auto-5s. There are no cracks in the beautiful, original wood. The stock has not been cut and retains the factory FN butt-plate. The barrel is a 28" vent rib with a full choke. The barrel ring has the factory holes drilled in it as a true Sweet Sixteen barrel should. This shotgun has minor handling marks on the wood and there is some light freckling on the receiver. It appears that someone, at some point in time, attempted to remove some rust with some fine grit sandpaper or steel wool. If it weren’t for the minor issues with the finish, this would be a $1,200 - $1,300 shotgun.
I would like to get $975 for the shotgun but am open to offers. I am willing to meet someone halfway, within 30 miles from Columbus, IN. Absolutely no trades. So please, do not ask.
