Not a gun I need to get rid of, but I guess that I am not as into the 1911 platform as I hoped I would be. So I am thinking of letting go of this sweet piece of colt history. I originally got it as a project to Cerakote and have fun with, then I found out it was a little more rare than the average 70's model colt. The previous owner decided the nickel finish would look better polished, but never finished polishing after he did two spots. Gun shoots great, internals are clean.
I think $800 would be a good price.
