I ran across some 2" 12 ga 00 Buckshot shells - 6 pellets. The selling point is that you can fit more of them into the magazine.

My question - My H&R Pardner manual says that the gun has a 3" camber, which can handle 2-3/4" & 3" shells, interchangeably. Is there any reason I couldn't, or shouldn't use the 2" shells?

    Thanx

KS&E Guns on Pendleton Pike is where I bought mine. They were relatively reasonably priced when I bought mine. That was almost 3 years ago now, though.

What's the purpose of the two inch shells? Less recoil?

+ added ammo load + novelty

Personally, I'd like to see real-life chrono numbers from these vs. low/managed recoil 2&3/4" buckshot.

I do know that the 2" out of my old shotgun + Knoxx Recoil Reducing stock = quite soft-shooting shotgun.
