At our low light defensive handgun class Friday night, several students expressed interest in using their newly acquired low light skills in the shoot house. This led into an even more in depth conversation than we had previously had about home defense. Obviously we cannot safely or effectively teach flashlight tactics, low light movement, low light target engagement, AND low light CQB techniques in a 5 hour training session. The idea was discussed that perhaps next year we offer a 2 night low light home defense class that incorporates everything from this year's class and the second night be dedicated to home defense tactics inside the shoot house. My question is this. Would you devote both a Friday and Saturday night to training? Based on the requests for this we have already received, it is possible we may offer this next year.

The range schedule will not be available for next year for several more months. That said, if there is enough interest generated to have the class, we will give several months notice so people have time to plan. I don't foresee this training costing over $300. That determination will be made once the final course outline is done. Length of the class and whether or not we include Simunitions will determine the cost.
