It runs and drives well. I've owned it for the past year, bought it as a second vehicle/offroad camping vehicle but recently purchased a Jeep as my main vehicle so no need for this one.
The body is in really nice shape for a 17 year old vehicle...the only spot of rust is shown in the picture below the rear windshield wiper. Both front and rear bumpers and damaged (bought it that way) but functional. I removed the plastic trim/mudflaps behind the front tires to fit oversized wheels and tires off of a 4runner (16" rim)...stock wheels (15" rim) included, but both sets of tires will need to be replaced sooner than later...the current set will last a few more months depending on miles.
I did not drive it much in the past year but have been working on it slowly replacing a lot of wear items...both rotors, both lower ball joints, tie rod ends, all the wheel studs, all 4 shocks. I also have a replacement set of taillights and a 2" body lift puck set (no hardware) if you're interested.
It needs an alignment but drives fine right now. Other than that i have had no issues with it mechanically...starts right up and has taken me everywhere I've wanted to go. All in all its a nice older 4x4 manual SUV that has power windows and locks, CD player, cruise control..just needs a good cleaning on the inside and a little TLC on the outside plastics, but it would make a great first car or a winter vehicle for someone that needs a 4x4.
Located in Lanesville. Price dropped to $2200...will consider trades with the majority being cash
