I'm not your appointments secretary*....get some PostIt notes! They have this nifty invention called a calendar. You put in on your refrigerator and write your appointment on it. Then you look at the calendar each day to see what you forgot.

(*However, I somehow seem to end up doing that for Big Craig sometimes!)
