I've got a Marlin 60, tube-fed .22LR rifle. Bought it on another forum from an Indiana resident..was told it was in great shape. Sure enough, it goes in the safe, and I wait six months before shooting it. It does shoot just fine...it just has feeding problems. First shell ejects, second round tries to feed but just stovepipes straight up.
It's a nice little rifle, and I know they are dirt cheap. Is it worth taking it to a gunsmith to fix it, or should I just destroy it and look to buy another cheap rifle?
Ideas? Thoughts?
