Where is the best place to get .224 dia bullets? Im looking at buying 1-2k. I have found military pulled steel core for $83 for 1k. They said there are some marks on the bullets.

Apparently they have eased up on thier gun stuff policy.
Some 9mm lead bullets and brass auctions on there now.

I still can't find one single Ebay auction of used brass or bullets. I've got to believe that if they were allowing it, it would be on there. Personally I think they are missing a golden opportunity but to each their own.

I was looking through the Ebay rules and saw this, so I thought I'd update this post. Bullets and Brass are not allowed unless they are somehow converted so they cannot be used as bullets or shell casings.

    What are the guidelines?

Airsoft, replica, or other imitation firearms
    Ammunition
Live ammunition and ammunition components can't be listed, though you can sell some types of historical items as long as they're not live ammunition. See the list below for details.
    iconAllowed_25x25.gif

    Allowed

    • Ammunition for BB guns, pellet guns, or airsoft guns
    • Plastic, polymer, rubber, or wooden bullets or ammunition
    • Reloading equipment
    • Snap caps
    iconRestricted_25x25.gif

    Restricted

    • Converted brass (also known as trench art). The item has to show that it's been converted and that it can't be converted back into a usable casing.
    • Empty ammunition boxes. The listing needs to say the item doesn't contain ammunition.
    iconNotAllowed_25x25.gif

    Not allowed

    • Blank ammunition
    • Bullets, buck shot, or lead shot
    • Cartridges, casings, shells, or hulls
    • Dummy ammunition
    • Gunpowder or primers
    • Inert ammunition
    • Live ammunition rounds
