I'm an Illinois resident with a carry permit -valid in 22 states other than mine, of course. (IN is included in those 22)

I wish we could get Chicago/Cook County to secede! (Or should I use the "correct terms" : "Socialist Republik of Chicago and Crook County".)

Residents of any state may apply for 'out of state' carry permits. Utah and Florida both have permits that are widely honored. So an Illinois resident can get a carry permit from Florida and use that permit to carry a gun in any state that has reciprocity with Florida's "out of state" permit. It should be noted that in reciprocity agreements, some states honor a RESIDENT of a state that issued the permit but do not honor the same permit issued to a NON-RESIDENT. So a Florida permit held by a Florida resident may be valid in more states than a the same permit held by a non-resident. Ditto people who get the Utah permits, etc.

I have a PA license which is honored in 22 states, including IN.
Strange, isn't it, that other states recognize the fact that IL residents are responsible, law-abiding, citizens but IL is to "brain-dead" to see that!

No problem. I thought about getting the FL permit, but the cost is too much and I don't expect to be traveling that much.
My PA license is really more of a "statement" than anything else.

Was the taller one (we are both short) with cargo shorts on.

My twin nephews climb at Climb Time Towers in Indy, plus wherever they have a competition.

Ah, that's the wall that where the Galyan's store used to be. I thought they removed it. My nephews got started climbing there and the wall they had at Galyan's in Greenwood.

We had a comp a while back and might have another in the works. We also rent the wall out for parties, where we do all the belaying. I (when i can afford it, used to be free for us) climb at climb time off of bash. Great hobby usually nice people involved great for self motivators and non-competitive types. I have always been competitive, but for me its like golf, always trying to best myself. I'll be on a register tomorrow until 7 and wedns until 5 as well as friday night... come find me!

We brought my daughter to climb towards the end of the day. She almost made the 8th panel, which is her best yet! Unfortunately, she "died" three times. Luckily, though, she had a couple of 1UP's.

My nephews also work at Climb Time Towers part time. They do a lot of belaying, some instruction, and they help with the portable wall when it gets rented.

I think you go to the other place ... Climb Time Indy. The boys go there occasionally, but I've never been there with them.
