Check out ramshot and accurate powder websites for some load data. I just started to load this after reading tons on info on it. Finally got a set of dies to size them right without stripping the coating off the brass. Only powder I can find locally or I stock is AA#7. Been looking for Ramshot True Blue!

    Mine setup is this:

    Trim length: 1.13
    Bullet: Hornady 40gr vmax
    Powder: 6.1-6.2
    COAL: 1.580

Out of a ps90 SBR you are around 2051 FPS which is as fast as I plan pushing it

On a safety note the 5.7 is NOT a round to mess with you are new to reloading. It is an extremely dangerous round to work with because .1 grain of powder can yield almost 100 fps in my testing and is extremely easy to double charge without even knowing it. Also, if you are lucky you may get 2-3 reloads out of the case before you have separation issues. Make sure you simply green to clean the cases and dry immediately so the coating doesn't wear off. I wear out-side-the wire rated safety gear when I shoot mine. Yes, I look like a big dork, but with the breach right up against my face I ain't taking any chances. You have been warned: RELOAD THIS ROUND AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

Is that with true blue? My brass is resized. Just need to get the time to get to it, and take it slow. Its for an AR57.

I don't have any experience with reloading this caliber, so I can't comment on that....but I have about 1000 pieces of brass if anyone is looking for any.
