4 GLock 19's @ $500 (each) would be $2,000
4 M&P 9's @ $500 (each) would be $2,000
Night sights for all 8 pistols would be about $100 each for $800
Spending the remaining $1,200 on 9mm at $15 per 50 would be 4,000 rounds of ammo.

Option 2:
2 PSA M4's with Eotech that were on sale today for $1K each would be $2,000
1 G19's with night sights would be about $1,200
9 120 entree serving buckets @ $200 each is another $1,800
1 Berkey water filter and all the spare filters I could want with the remaining $1,000

Option 3:
Go on an awesome Grizzley bear hunt in Alaska and buy the wife a T shirt while I'm there.

Don't get me wrong. I think Costa is awesome and I would love to take a class by him, but I am NOT that serious of a fan boy to pay over 6K to have a M&P. Even his Special Edition Nighthawk doesn't sell for that much.

So INGO, what would you have thought it should be worth. Obviously to someone it is worth over $6k.

I think it would be fun to pretend the auction just started at $.01 and hear what folks thought was more of a practical price for that gun. Not to be sarcastic or berate you, I'm genuinely curious.
