This shoot celebrates the conclusion of Halloween. Old Halloween pumpkins need to be disposed of properly. What better way to do that than shooting them and blowing them up? Bring your own guns, ammo, tannerite, and leftover Halloween pumpkins. All class 3/NFA stuff (Machine guns and silencers, etc.) welcome. Shoot full auto M-16’s, Uzi’s, MP5’s (and many more). We meet in the parking lot (5282 West 250 South, Russiaville, IN 46979) at 2pm and hit the range shortly afterwards. Safety briefing first and then the fun begins. Entry is just $10 per person for the day. After the shoot we go out to eat at Half Moon Brewery (4051 S Lafountain St, Kokomo, IN 46902). Its totally awesome! Friends and family welcome. Hearing and eye protection is required.

For what it's worth, I went to the Spring Shoot and have to say everyone there was very nice. Especially the guy who runs this. We didn't go to Half Moon afterwards though, as it was too busy that day. All I can say is if you bring a bunch of stuff, bring a table or something.

I should finally make this one....I will bring my match rifle.....do we havev200/300 or farther to shoot?
I might be wrong as I've only been to the Spring shoot, but if they use the same range, then no. The firing line was about 50 yds from the targets. I agree with your sentiment, though, as it would be awesome to shoot pumpkins at longer ranges.

    Prepare for the weather...

I've been once. Had a GREAT time. Though a cold front came through and it was DAMNED cold that day. So---check the weather.

And really - don't overburden yourself with gear and ammo. The less you have to tote the better time you'll have.

Bummer. I'm having lower back surgery on Oct 30th. This would be so awesome!
I also have had 3 surgeries and if you can make the shoot or not greatly depends on which kind you’re having! Discectomy good to go… fusion…. Out of commission. I still have issues also.

    If only I had a Time Machine…

My surgery date got pushed out to Nov 7th and I am def going to try to make it. I'm in some pain so it depends how much meds I need to get me out and about. Obviously if I'm coocoo for cocoapuffs from being juiced to the max I will bow out.
