7.62x39 AR15 Upper

I am considering a 7.62x39 upper. Give me some do's and don'ts and suggestions based on your experiences.

I built my upper and used Model 1 Sales BCG and barrel.
It runs as advertised, is as accurate as expected, and is a hoot to shoot.
I will agree with the CProducts mags. They run better than any other 7.62x39 mag I've found.

Barrier Defense? Are there feed issues? I want a 1 and done. Probably shoot 3x per year.

I bought mine from alpha shooting sports (shop.ar15hardware.com) and haven't had any problems out of the upper itself. I do have one asc magazine that has feeding issues, but the other 5 mags run just fine. I run a wolfee extra power hammer spring in the lower as well
