Looking for a complete upper(AR platform)in 7.62x39--with a 10/15cap.mag. need one with a rail ,so I can mount a scope

Several new ones are listed in "Firearms News",at or close to 500.00----------so,I wont pay new for used....
Hitting two gun shows this coming weekend---------
