Judge bars enforcement of Delaware 'ghost gun' restrictions

DOVER, Del. (AP) — A federal judge has issued an injunction barring Delaware from enforcing provisions of a new law outlawing the manufacture and possession of homemade “ghost guns,” which can’t be traced by law enforcement officials because they don’t have serial numbers.

All I can find while driving

I believe the law you are referencing here was a Delaware law. It didn't specifically ban 80% lowers, but banned any manufacture of unserialized guns by private individuals, which would of course have also made it illegal to buy and finish an 80% lower without having an FFL and serializing it.

Even if it hadn't been blocked, though, this law would've been enforced only in Delaware, and would not have stopped us here in Indiana from manufacturing firearms privately.
