A Failure of Civility

So I was reading around and I saw this book reviewed on a prepping blog, called A Failure of Civility. The guy reviewing it seemed to think it was pretty good, but it's another $10.00 I don't want to waste on a crappy book. Has anyone else read this or know about the quality of the information?

I read it. Then I passed it around my neighbors. They all read it.

I highly recommend it. And talking to your neighbors too.
