i have talked to at least 50 people who are cashing in some or all there 401 k imagine what going on all of America ......its called loss of faith ......

Yeah, I'm no Obama fan at all, but I don't think he's the harbinger of death either. Incompetent, inept, and antithetical to liberty, yes. The Destroyer of the world, not so much.

I'm pleasantly surprised.

I haven't said much about my expectations regarding this since at this point I consider it irrelevant. We have been on an unsustainable path for some time and this election stands in evidence that over half of the population doesn't give a damn. Much like a sinking ship, there are three basic phases. In the first, the ship is on the way to sinking but can still be saved. In the third, the ship is actively sinking and those not already evacuated will not likely escape either from the ship itself, or if they do, from the ship's undertow. In the second phase, the ship is still above water but sinking is imminent pretty much regardless of anything anyone does or attempts to do about it. I am satisfied that this election has cemented us into the second phase if we weren't there already.

My wife works at a CPA firm and the wealth management guys have had a large number of clients dump investments for fear of capital gains tax increases.

The Dow is performing better than they (wealth management guys) expected it to however and at the moment less people are jumping ship then they expected as well.
