State police said they learned of the plot when Tucker went to the Pennsylvania State Police barracks in McConnellsburg on Monday to report a domestic assault between her and Horton. Police said during the visit, Tucker told them that Horton had come up with the plan to get some money by staging a roadside robbery.

In the initial interview, police said Tucker said she was present at the time of the killing, but in subsequent interviews, denied it, saying she learned what happened because Horton told her.

How the heck did they catch the people who did it?

    Easy.

    Where's the bacon?
Hold on... She goes to the police barracks to report a domestic assault, tells them about this, and no one is suspicious that she's pinning it on the guy who smacked her around? You guys are more trusting than I am. It's just like the whole Lautenberg Amendment, requiring someone accused of a domestic to then be denied his lawful right to be armed.

Until more information is available, I remain doubtful.

If it's true, I don't care if they see a needle... so long as they meet one.

But they are all good kids, 6 month and probation sounds about right.
