    Several things.

    I've always wondered about the legality of a federal law that requires one state to abide by the laws of another state.

    Unless I'm mistaken the gun would have been legal in Colorado, but not the mag it was sold with. There are no federal interstate mag laws as far as I know.

    This seems like a non starter.

    Not quite apples to apples, but kind of like how you can go to another State and buy weed legally? Even though it's illegal in your home State? And federally?
