    Funny, I always thought the ACLU counted to ten this way:
    1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 . . .

    That's just bizarre. The Bill of Rights are the first 10, not 14, 15, or 19. Also, Constitutionally protected rights go beyond the amendments to the Constitution, so I'm not sure what they were trying to produce here.
