I fly in and out of SFO almost on a monthly basis and have never had trouble with my luggage. Then again, I head right down to luggage claim and wait for it to come off the plane. This entitled doofus probably expected someone to fetch it for him or got delayed in a restroom by some of his loving constituents before going to the carousal.
