Is it legal to add a stock to a Serbu Super shorty?? Would this then make it a SBS instead of an AOW?

Yes it is legal for a SOT Manufacturer or an individual with an approved Form 1 to do it, but it violates Indiana state law for an individual to possess it in Indiana since it would be a SBS afterwards.

It is not legal because you would be creating a SBS. As printcraft stated, SBS are currently illegal in Indiana.

I was aware that SBS's are illegal in Indiana, I just didnt know if this modification would then make it an SBS.
