A grown man living like a baby, in diapers and sleeping in a crib. He collects a government check too, he said he would kill himself if the checks stopped. After being investigated it was concluded that he was eligible for his benefits. WTF?

Ive been trying and keep getting denied because of people like this. I have a legitement cause(low vision) and have seen people like him get checks. I also know of guys that just dont want to work and they get them as well. It seems no one in this economy will hire a person with barely any sight besides a college scholarship job even walmart.
