Ak pistol grip

Hello all,
I'm looking for a new pistol grip for an ak.
I like the rubber grips like hogue and Ergo sure grip,
But was wondering if anyone makes one with the swollen thumb shelf?
Ergo makes one for an AR and have always been fond of it because it fits better in my hand than the regular grips.

Check with MD Arms. They have an inexpensive adapter that allows you to use an AR grip on an AK. I think mine cost $7 a year or so ago.

Look at US Palm. Their battle grip is close to an AR and quality is A+

+1 on the Hogue. I've had damage and surgery on my right hand and the Hogue has made handling my AK very comfortable.

I put hogue on everything I own.

Hogue and US Palm are the grips I recommend for the AK. The hogue is a bit more comfy, the US Palm is a bit less slippery when wet and can be stippled with a soldering iron if you want even more grip. I don't know of anything with a thumb shelf that has the same quality as those two, but honestly, i think either of those would serve you well.

Us palm are top notch. Like franks hot sauce...i put that **** on everything.

US Palm is my all time #1 favorite, but Hogue and Ergo are best for rubber. And as much as it pains me to say it, the Tapco SAW is really comfortable.
