Well I had rotator cuff surgery on 1/23, had my birthday on 2/10, and had a heart attack on 2/21... The reason I'm telling you is because I'm thankful to be alive... that is all.

So you made it through v-day without the heart attack? :): just curious, did you have pains to signal the heart attack? What were you doing at the time? Congrats on surviving the gauntlet!

Actually I was asleep and it woke me up, had a white hot fire sensation in my chest and back and felt like I was being mule kicked in the chest. I am now 8 days smoke free, and going to get my eating habits under control. It's kind of funny that I always figured I would have a heart attack because I've smoked for so long, I always guessed that it would be a widow maker, I got lucky, it sure was a huge wake up call.
