This is such a silly non-issue. Your kids are more likely (by a lot, statistically) to be sexually assaulted by a relative or someone they know, than a random stranger. 90% of children that are molested or assaulted know their attacker well, and better than 60% of the time it's a relative or parent. People have been using restrooms that don't match their equipment, whether you knew it or not. And this is beside that fact that sexual assault, rape and the like are already against the law.
I know it sounds strange, but I've always been more careful about the people my kid knows, than the ones she doesn't. Yes, we tell her about stranger danger and what not, but I know that in most cases that's not the cause.
