Likely another BS lawsuit intended to put an ammo company out of business. Probably a bunch of people thinking they should have been promoted who were passed over in favor of people who were more fit for the position. I've seen this a lot in the business world. Someone doesn't get a promotion or get hired and the first thing they think is it's due to racism/sexism.

Job market has been sketchy since 20 because no one wanted to work when they could get paid to stay at home.. I can't imagine that Olin had so many applicants that they could afford to sidestep any qualified people that were willing to work. Sounds like another "woke/equity" scam and those of us interested in ammo will be paying for it.

I've been there, also, and it leads to the very thing they claim to be against. When you are trying to build a team, it doesn't take very many experiences with a 'racialist chip on the shoulder' employee, who will second guess every leadership decision made that doesn't go the way he thinks it should as discrimination against himself, to make one want to avoid the problem all together

In other new…the price of Winchester primers has skyrocketed to new highs!, and other primer manufacturers have decided to raise their prices as well because well you know “supply and demand!”
