    I heard a caller on Greg Garrison ask about an ammo surcharge bill up for discussion in legislature now. Supposedly 18 other states are considering a similar bill. It has not been verified as i know of yet. Does anyone have any knowledge of such a bill? :patriot:

    It was HB 1260, introduced in 2008, last session. It's dead. There does not seem to be any such bill this session.
