Ammunition?

I called the store a week or so ago to ask when ammo might be available, in particular .223 or 5.56. They said to watch this forum and/or FaceBook. I've been doing both but have not seen any word on ammunition.

Is that because none has come in or are announcements not being made?

I know these are crazy times. I just want a couple boxes to fire in an AR I'm building, but can't find anything at less than $1 a round.

Dicks in Avon will get a shipment in every Friday morning at 0630 they said. They stock the shelves. they open at 0900 and by 0915 they are sold out. You cant find ammo anywhere.

We haven't been bothering to post ammo because it usually doesn't last long enough to make it worth the time to do so.

That said, we currently have some 5.56 on the shelf, $10.95/20 limit 2 boxes per customer. Still out of 7.62x39, 9mm, .22LR (except for the Aguila primer-only stuff) and .45ACP FMJ.

Thanks for the response. Hoping to get there by 3:30 or a little before....probably not soon enough but that's life these days.

Just picked up 2 boxes....and a sling...and a bore snake. : )
