    I guess it depends on the definition of "armed guards". If that could mean teachers, than definitely yes. If it means just more and more police and government spending than no.

    I admit I was unable to hear the speech as delivered, but are you sure its not simply a reallocation of personnel already on the payroll?

    I have heard others make similar statements elsewhere, but I don't see that result as a foregone conclusion.

    I don't know of LaPierre watered down the idea for media consumption, but why insist on police/security guards since cost is an issue? Just train volunteers and make a 1 time investment and get multiple guards?

    Of course the media would have that was even crazier:rolleyes:

    I just hit it but you can only hit it once, the screen changes the position of the 4 choices every time you pull up the link, I thought this was a safeguard to prevent robot voting but was wrong. I hit it 4 or 5 times then I noticed the numbers weren't changing. Bummer.
