    Looks like they only hand out those "enhanced" concealed carry permits out to the bright ones. Now all the on-the-fence students about campus carry, or guns in general, will be pushed off the fence.

    More people carrying weapons will mean more accidental shootings and more negligent discharges. It will also mean more people who are equipped to intervene in an active shooter, etc. You take the bad with the good, you just hope the good outweighs the bad.

    And hope this doesn't the require mandatory training and "sensitive area" crowds traction to dampen current advances.

    Except Kirk has the annoying (to me) habit of leaving the "holsterless" part out of all of his statements.
    Holsterless carry is a stupid idea no matter what the location/method.
