    somewhere in the dark
    well, with so much talk one way or another on these things, should we not just do a group buy or something like that and a few of us get one and start learning it and let's see what we can do.
    i have done some research, not as much as some but, i can chip in on one and we can start trying.
    anyone? anyone else interested? i found one that will make things the size of basketballs.

    it is $3000 and maybe we should chip in and get one and supplies and start figuring it out.
    we all want to have these and let's just start with one and make some mags or something.

    Just curious, Has anyone messed with these before? If so are they similar to a CNC mill as for as programming and operating them? I am extremely familiar with CNC mills, and thought about getting one of these to mess with after work.
