I think the media has already lost interest.

The female pulled a firearm that was stored under the counter, but was shot before she could get a shot off. She dropped the gun when she was hit. The bad guys began to retreat. The male picked up the dropped firearm and fired, striking one suspect. Both suspects fled, but the non-shooter was the one hit and was apprehended a short distance away.

There are some lessons to be learned from watching the security video and talking with those involved. Perhaps in another thread those lessons can be shared.
