Another comms option

Here's another option for SHTF communications. At first I thought it would be useless as it seemed that the device only paired two smartphones, but it seems that multiple devices create a peer to peer type network. Depending on how it sets up, the network may be a more secure option than radio.
I'm not endorsing it, just providing information.

Looks like some good competition for Gotenna, that's a good thing. Specs look pretty good if you can believe them.... I think working as ISM limits you to 1w of power, someone can correct me if I am wrong.

That looks pretty awesome to me. If I read that correctly, you can link these up so that you can communicate with someone that is more than 10 miles away as long as there is a beartooth user in between the two?
