My new fear is that they're going to change the rule up entirely like they did the brace rule and just throw in all private sales at the last second.

What's to stop them? They flat out changed the entire proposal from the brace rule which seems to be biting them in the ass in court now but it will still f**k things up for a while and I really DO NOT trust the courts to do the right thing and overturn any of this.

I guess I need to hurry up and buy a dozen basic ARs, G17s & G19s, Mossberg 500s, and 357 revolvers to use as trading currency for things i want in the future. If I buy something then trade it, I didn't make a USD profit on it. Once I trade for a different gun, I can sell it later if I want without recording a profit, since I traded for it in the first place. LOOPHOLE!!!
