Sorry if this has already been asked, but I could not find it. Are there any states that honor a Resident Utah permit, but do not honor a Non-resident Utah permit?

I believe it adds Washington, Nevada, Maine and Delaware to the Indiana LTCH.

A point to consider is that Utah requires training if you were to get into a "grey area"
in a reciprocity state this could be a a "discussion" point.

Sorry. I reread the OP question and didn"t answer the question. Maybe the above information
    will help someone.

Okay. I got it figured out. You loose some with the Non-resident, but the Indiana covers most of those. The Non-Resident Utah permit adds 4 states to the Indiana license. They are Delaware, Nebraska, Nevada and Washington.
