    Had one years ago & it was a fine shooter ,Some parts from 1911 worked (mags of course) I rather liked the solid grip instead of the grip safety but hate the grips ,made a a pair out of walnut .I trade it for my Argentine Colt if I remember right & was my intro into the wonderful world of 1911's

    I don't mind the grips too bad but I agree they could be better. It's a great shooter for sure. I have a couple of 1911's so I don't mind having it to shoot here and there. I have had it for a long time and haven't seen many, cool to hear other peoples stories!
