Anyone built a left handed AR 22?

Has anyone put together a left handed AR 22? Wanting to put one together for my son. He shoots with right handed ones, but occasionally drops brass down his sleeve. I have a left handed AR10 and do enjoy not having brass fling out across my face. So I got to thinking about making a 22 version for my son, but not sure how well those chamber adapters work. Anyone have 2 cents to throw in?

There are quite a few good left handed AR's that you can buy the conversion kit for so it's multi-caliber. I use the RRA Elite Operator and have a kit that works great!
