I'm guessing they have a generic email box that's something like "news@indystar.com" but you'll have better luck targeting a specific writer/reporter that covers the topic that best relates to your release.
I'd scour the site and go through the the archives to see who covers what. Then reach our to those specific writers with a tailored pitch either via email or Twitter.
I do know a couple of people that work there, and they are generally very accessible through Twitter.
